AFEA, adapting immediately to the new era of virtual meetings, webinars and online events, is honored to have been a vital part of the organization of two very upscale online scientific events, organized by the Hellenic Chest Diseases Society and titled ‘Challenges and Recommendations in the Management of Chronic Respiratory Diseases’.
Τhe Scientific Webinars achieved an international participation of more than 680 delegates from 4 continents and 21 countries and had an International Faculty.
All participants had the opportunity to receive state-of-the-art knowledge on respiratory diseases, the clinical consequences and research potential in the Covid-19 disease, by top scientists and key opinion leaders of a Global Faculty. In addition, interaction between participants, contributed to a more dynamic participation.
The webinars were organized under the auspices of World Association of Sarcoidosis and other Granulomatous Disorders (WASOG), Asociacion Latino Americana de Torax (ALAT), Asociacion Argentina de Medicina Respiratoria (AAMR), Associazione Italiana Pneumologi Ospedalieri (AIPO), Societe de pneumologie de langue Francaise (SPLF), Sociedade Portuguesa de Pneumologia (SPP), Sociedad Espanola de Neumologia y Cirugia Toracica (SEPAR)
