AFEA managed a wide range of logistical components with professionalism and precision, including accommodation across two hotels, meeting room setup with technical equipment, all meals’ arrangements for more than 150 participants, transportation services, evening entertainment, an outdoor activity, and coordination with third-party vendors such as the photographer and guest speaker. Their structured approach and reliability ensured that every aspect of the event ran seamlessly.

Throughout the preparation phase, communication with AFEA -and especially with Ms. Papamattheou- was consistently timely, clear, and solution-oriented. We received prompt updates, accurate costings, and proactive recommendations, which helped us proceed efficiently at each step. Additional event needs, such as the handling of gift vouchers and post-event material, were also supported with the same level of attentiveness.
