Our BoD are now members of SEGE – the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs. SEGE is a nationwide NGO dedicated to empowering women and equipping them with the tools they need to excel both professionally and personally.
Established in 1997, SEGE has grown to become a driving force in promoting female entrepreneurship and fostering an environment of equal opportunities in Greece. The organization provides its members with access to professional training, business mentoring, and a network of like-minded women, all striving to leave a positive mark on society. Through its various programs, SEGE emphasizes lifelong learning, skill development, and participation in innovative projects, such as the European project G-FEB, which focuses on supporting women entrepreneurs in green and sustainable business initiatives.
SEGE's initiatives also aim to enhance women's leadership roles in the green economy, a vision that aligns perfectly with our values at AFEA Congress. As advocates for sustainability and gender equality, we believe that empowering women in business contributes to a brighter and more inclusive future for everyone.
