AFEA Congress team came together for the Annual Meeting 2026, a valuable opportunity to connect, celebrate our progress, and reflect and align on what lies ahead. Our discussions focused on reviewing the key learnings and outcomes of 2025, while shaping our strategy and goals for 2026 and beyond.
Across all departments, a common thread emerged: a strong commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration and creation of impact through our work. We revisited our plans, exchanged ideas and perspectives, and took the time to reflect, not only on what we achieved, but also on how we can evolve further as a team and as an organisation.
As always, moments of connection played an equally important role. From our Vasilopita Cutting tradition to an energising team-building activity, led by our long-time partner, RaniaSemertzian, the meeting reminded us that our strength lies in our people, their creativity, their dedication and their willingness to grow. We move forward with a clear vision, enhanced motivation and a shared sense of purpose, ready to continue creating meaningful experiences, growing stronger together.
